Ascension Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

This agreement begins when we accept your affiliate application and continues until terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate at any time, for any reason, with notice. On termination you must stop using all Ascension links, names, and materials.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately, without notice, if we identify fraud, abuse, or any serious violation of these Terms.

You must complete the application through our signup flow. We evaluate applications and may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, for any reason, including if your audience, channels, or promotional methods are unsuitable for the Program.

You represent and warrant that:

• The information in your application is truthful and accurate;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• If applying on behalf of a company, you have authority to do so;
• Your participation does not violate any other agreement you are bound by.

You earn a 30% commission on each qualifying paying customer you refer, as described on the Program page.

Commission is paid only to the affiliate whose referral link is credited by Ascension's attribution system at the time of purchase. Where more than one affiliate is involved, the last referral link clicked before purchase is credited (last-referrer attribution). Only one affiliate is credited per sale.

A referral qualifies only once the referred customer has been charged and remains active through the holding period. Trials, signups that do not convert to a paid charge, and unpaid sign-ups do not earn commission.

Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable, to confirm the customer is active and the payment is final.

Commissions are paid through LemonSqueezy via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to LemonSqueezy's payout terms and supported countries. You are responsible for setting up a valid payout method.

You may not earn commissions on your own purchases through your own link.

We may reverse, void, or withhold commissions in the case of:

• Order cancellations, refunds, or exercised withdrawal rights;
• Chargebacks or disputed payments;
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referred transactions;
• Any violation of these Terms.

You may promote Ascension on social media, your website, newsletters, videos, or other channels, provided you follow these Terms. You may use our provided posts and assets, or create your own honest content.

You must not:

• Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising;
• Make false statements about Ascension's features, pricing, or results;
• Make medical, clinical, or guaranteed-outcome claims (e.g. "cures addiction", "guaranteed to fix");
• Promote Ascension alongside offensive, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Bid on "Ascension" or related brand terms (including misspellings and variations) in paid search, or run paid ads using our brand, without our prior written approval;
• Use "official site" or imply you are Ascension or an official channel;
• Impersonate Ascension or create accounts/pages that could be confused with our own.

Violations may result in voided commissions and removal from the Program.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship on every promotion — including posts, threads, videos, emails, and pages. Your audience must understand that you may earn a commission if they use your link, and that Ascension compensates you for your endorsement. If you received free access for review, disclose that too.

A clear disclosure (for example, "paid partnership", "affiliate", or "#ad", placed within the post itself — not hidden in replies or comments) satisfies this requirement. This is required by the FTC and equivalent consumer-protection laws.

We may review your promotions, and non-compliance may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

For the term of this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use your affiliate link and the Ascension name, logo, and materials we provide ("Licensed Materials"), solely to promote Ascension under these Terms. You may not modify the Licensed Materials except as we allow (you may adapt provided post copy into your own voice). All goodwill from your use benefits Ascension. We may revoke this license at any time; on revocation you must stop using all links and materials.

You gain no other rights to our intellectual property. We reserve the right to pursue legal action under Swedish law against anyone who misuses our intellectual property or otherwise violates this clause.

You must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), in any handling of personal data. You must not disclose personal information of any third party without lawful consent, and must not combine our tracking with personally identifiable information you collect independently.

You are solely responsible for your promotional channels and content. You agree to indemnify and hold Ascension harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, content, or breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program — including any damage to your brand, reputation, or audience relationships resulting from your association with Ascension. Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If content you create in connection with the Program performs well, we may feature, reuse, boost, or adapt it — including as paid advertising — now or in the future. By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content for marketing and advertising purposes, with attribution where appropriate. This permission survives termination of this agreement with respect to content created during your participation.

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you earn. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf, and you are responsible for reporting your earnings as required in your jurisdiction.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of earnings. Your results depend on your own promotional efforts, and we make no representations about how much, if anything, you will earn.

You participate as an independent party, not as an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Ascension. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You may not make commitments or representations on behalf of Ascension.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
